1]Sign up or log in to Teams

You can change or set a name for your Teams account when you sign up. To do this, click on the pencil next to the name in the Chat pop-up window.

By default, your Outlook and Skype contacts associated with the Microsoft account you selected are set to sync with Teams. If you want to sync them, just ignore the checked box above the Let’s Go button. If you don’t want to sync any contacts, uncheck the box and continue with the process.
You can synchronize Outlook and Skype contacts at any time by using the Chat icon in the taskbar. Click on the To discuss icon on the taskbar, then click Synchronize contacts.
It will open a window to sync contacts. Select where you want to sync contacts and sync them with Teams.
4]Start a conversation or a meeting
After signing up, you can simply start a meeting or conversation using the Chat icon on the taskbar. Click on the To discuss icon in the taskbar and click Meet to start a meeting or click To discuss to start a chat conversation.
You can also use the Microsoft Teams app to start a meeting or conversation.
5]Open teams and leave teams
There are several ways to open Teams on Windows 11. You can open it from the list of apps on the Start menu, open it from the chat icon, and from the system tray. Click on Open Microsoft teams at the bottom of the Chat pop-up in the taskbar.
To open Teams from the system tray, click the up arrow on the system tray, and then click the button Teams icon. Or right click on the Teams icon and select Open.
When you close Teams, it doesn’t close completely. To close it completely, you need to exit it from the system tray. To do this, right click on the Teams icon in the system tray and select To leave to close it completely.
